The Flag of Russia skeleton pen was handcrafted to exacting specifications of translucent precious resin overlaid with an 18 karat white gold filigree, with a Russian flag emblem carefully hand-set in precious brilliant-cut gems. There are 88 diamonds (.40 ct.), 88 rubies (.52 ct.), and 88 sapphires (.44 ct.). Mother-of-pearl captop star. Modeled on the 149 size. Medium 18K rhodium-plated gold nib. Scarce to the aftermarket.
