Surmounted by a fir cone finial, flanked by foliate, beaded and ring handles, centered by a panel of figures in 18th century attire in a garden setting, signed Guillemin, the reverse painted with a landscape, within gilt heightened borders, on gilt bronze foot with inswept corners.
