The Rosecrans / Nebeker small red scalloped seal has always been considered the key to the set. This example is attractive, with both sides facing up as Choice as the centering is near perfect, the colors are bright and the paper is fully original. Some minor discoloration is noted at the upper right corner (and the corresponding area on the reverse), this being the only mentionable distraction. Crisp Uncirculated
