1892-CC $1
Conditionally scarce in a '92-CC silver dollar, this crisply impressed example reveals only small, wispy abrasions on the obverse portrait. There are no singularly mentionable distractions, and nicely mirrored fields are also readily evident in the absence of all but a trace of light toning as the coin is examined under a light. An appealing piece. (PCGS 7215). Ex the Robert E. Branigan Estate, Bowers and Ruddy, April 1978, lot 1224. Choice Uncirculated to Gem Uncirculated, semi-prooflike to deeply prooflike
