of hollowed form, pierced around the edge for attachment, the undulating facial plane with pointed chin and protruding forehead, large circular pierced eyes and open mouth with extended upper and lower lips, the protruding nose gradually leading to arched eyebrows; fine varied dark-brown and black patina on the front and brown, glossy patina on the verso indicative of significant age and wear.
