Original vellum over boards, spine and upper cover lettered in gilt, t.e.g., additional wrappered notes on the text in pocket in rear cover, (original?) plain dustwrapper, publisher's board slipcase. Fine condition, dust wrapper with spine darkened and with creases, general wear to slipcase.
