4to (249 x 190 mm). 14 volumes. In French and Latin. 13 engraved folding maps, 24 folding engraved plates, 4 folding tables. Period full mottled calf, spine gilt. Wanting four leaves in volume XIII (provided in period manuscript), ownership signature excised from titles, occasional toning, a few instances of dampstain, chips to head of a few spines, some volumes with minor repairs, generally very good.
