Atlas folio (638 x 471 mm). Letterpress title, list of plates, and 103 engraved plates on thick wove paper (including frontispiece portrait), interleaved with blank sheets. Period calf-backed marbled boards, rebacked with original spine laid down. Light spotting mainly confined to margins, light creasing to frontis and final two plates and endpapers, period annotation to title, repaired tear to bottom margin of plate 13 not touching plate, loss to blank bottom corner of plate 21, spine and boards chipped and scuffed.

FIRST EDITION. The Boydell's offered the engravings both as a bound volume and individually, and the plate list gives a price for each print.
