Arabic manuscript on vellum, 9 lines to the page written in maghribi script in brown ink with diacritics and vowel points in blue and red, verses marked with a gold palmette, fifth and tenth verses marked with a roundel in gold decorated with blue dots, and a marginal ornament consisting of the word ashr in kufic script within a gold roundel, waterstaining, creased, some losses to outer margins not affecting text
