A George III mahogany breakfront secretaire library bookcase
The pierced fretwork swan-neck pediment above two pairs of astragal doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the frieze to the lower part inlaid with stringing and enclosed by three drawers including a central fall-front writing drawer revealing small drawers, pigeonholes and a central small door, the sides each with a cupboard door revealing a further drawers including a deep drawer fitted as a cellaret, on a moulded plinth, 190cm wide, 48cm deep, 236cm high (74.5" wide, 18.5" deep, 92.5" high).
