Flaring cylindrical form with loop handle and gilt interior, height 8.5cm; together with a larger example, maker unknown, as recorded in Postnikova-Losseva, p.166, No. 617, with assay mark for Liba Oleksa, Kiev 1899-1908, flaring cylindrical form, with all-over bright-cut engraving, one side with vacant circular cartouche, scroll handle, raised on three applied ball feet, with gilt interior height 12.5cm, and a silver cup, by Fedor Petrov, Moscow 1774, with Alderman mark and assay mark for Ivan Saveliev, conventional form, with embossed band of foliate scrolls and applied scroll handle, diameter of cup (excluding handle) 8.6cm, weight 16oz.
