maker's mark A L, probably Alexandre Lefeuvre
Rectangular with rounded end, the cover with a blue guilloché enamel medallion of Venus and a cupid within an opaque white enamel band set on a pink enamel ground, the interior with space for cigarettes and pills, the lipstick holder to one side, length 11.7cm.
