Oval form with reeded rims, the body with bright-engraved borders and central pierced band, the domed cover with openwork shell thumbpiece and scroll handles, with blue glass liner and matched spoon, height 8cm, together with another George III example, by Sutton & Bolt, London 1783, cylindrical form with beaded rims, the body pierced and bright-engraved with stars between husked swags and scrolling bands, the domed cover with openwork shell thumbpiece and scroll handle, crested, height 7.5cm and a pair of George III silver salts, maker's mark lost, London 1808, oval form, the bodies pierced and engraved with intermittent flowerheads between garlands and scrolling bands, each raised on four claw and ball feet, with blue glass liners, length 8cm, weight of silver 10oz.
