Rectangular form with raised cast foliate scroll border, central rectangular reserve, engine-turned sides and reverse, the grille pierced and engraved with leaf scrolls, in a fitted red leather case, length 4cm, together with a George III silver nutmeg grater, by John Shaw, Birmingham 1810, rectangular form with curved sides, reeded body, hinged steel rasp, length 4.2cm.
