Inverted baluster form with applied leaf-scroll rims, each body embossed with two central foliate scroll cartouches among swirl flutes and hanging leaves, leaf-capped spout and scroll handles, the teapot with ivory insulators, the dome-hinged cover surmounted by a flowerhead on a leafy calyx, each piece on a scrolling quatrefoil base, height of teapot 20cm, weight 47oz.
