A matched George III/William IV silver three-piece tea service
by Thomas Wallis, London 1811, the teapot by Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater, London 1836
Oval bellied form, with gadrooned borders and engraved central band depicting flowers and leaves, each with two rectangular reserves, one vacant the other initialled, the teapot with domed-rectangular finial, the handle with ivory finial, the sugar dish and cream jug with reeded handles, each raised on four ball feet, height of teapot 16cm, weight 35oz. (3)
