An 18th century Dutch silver purse mount
Delft, maker's mark CB, possibly by Cornelis Brouwer, circa 1761
With shaped outline and push button catch, surmounted with a ring attachment, opening with an internal mount, the front engraved with a two roundels, one depicting a sailing vessel, the other with a seated gentleman, all among acanthus scrolls, length 16.2cm.
