Oval form with two open work mask handles, embossed with shells, flower heads, scrolls, acorns and leaves, on a central oval foot, length 25cm; together with an assortment of continental metal and silverware, comprising: a yad, apparently unmarked, a 19th century French silver wine taster, a Russian tea cup and saucer, St. Petersburg 1856, six vodka cups, four Kiev 1908-26, one 1908-1926 and one Kiev 1896-1908, two 19th century German oil pourers, by Storck & Sinsheimer, a 19th century German pierced basket, a silver spoon, London 1918, fig-shaped bowl, the stem terminating in a pig dressed as a gentleman, a continental spoon, with import marks for Berthold Müller, Chester 1900, spade-shaped bowl, the stem pierced with the English Royal coat of Arms and terminating in a figure of Henry VIII, a continental silver berry bowl, a silver belt buckle, stamped Rothschild Mint Zurich, bearing a portrait of Hank Williams and inscribed "Elected to country music hall of fame 1961 joined Grand Ole Opry WSM 1949", an unmarked continental taperstick and five continental unmarked metal animals, weight 44oz.
