A late 19th/early 20th century Austro-Hungarian silver seven-light candelabra
maker's mark mistruck, circa 1900
In the Adam style, the central tapering body applied with rams masks supporting husk swags, the openwork waisted capital supporting a central sconce, the six leaf-capped branches terminating with sconces embossed with ribboned husk swags and gadrooning, all raised on a stepped square base with embossed stiff-leaf border, on four bracket feet, height 55cm, weight 158oz.
