Monogrammed canvas exterior with wooden bands, brass hardwear and studs, the clasps with impressed LV monogram, lock mount incuse stamped BTE S.G.D.G. PATENT 1 RUE SCRIBE PARIS LOUIS VUITTON LONDON 149 NEW BOND STREET, lock plate with stamped number 043199 (with replaced key), interior with two removable trays, the deeper top tray with a smaller removable tray with two lidded compartments flanking a sectioned compartment, smaller shallow tray below, with embroidered LOUIS VUITTON straps, also with a small canvas bag, inside with quilted lid lining, numbered 212241, also with original paper label printed ASNIERES S/SEINE LOUIS VUITTON and addresses for PARIS, NICE, LILLE and LONDON, underside wood frame on four casters, height 53cm, length 102cm, depth 54cm.
