maker's mark in Cyrillic, possibly H or И C, Moscow
Tapering cylindrical stem with ball finial and circular bowl with emphasised rat-tail with traditional polychrome ornament in cloisonné enamel, with scrolls and flowers over a lilac ground and white beaded borders, inside of bowl with script initials, length 18.2cm.
