  • Marie Angèle married General Alexandre, Baron de Montbrun (1775-1822) and Colonel of the 7th Light Cavalry, on 7 August 1810. The union saw the birth of one child, a son, Louis Alexandre (1811-1897).

    A miniature of the sitter by Daniel Saint (French, 1778-1847) was sold at Christie's, London, on 15 November 1994 (lot 276).
