Edward Tayler, R.S.M. (British, 1828-1906)
A Young Boy, named Alick, possibly Alexander Hohenlohe, standing in a landcape with a pipe to his chest, wearing rust coloured tunic over a white chemise, his strawberry blonde hair falling back from his face in waves.
Signed on obverse Ed Tayler, gilt-metal frame, the reverse engraved ALICK/ Age 6 Years/ 1867.
