by Kelvin, White and Hutton, London. Numbered on the arc P39 and reading from -5 to 150 degrees on the silvered scale. The index arm with magnifying lens and vernier to 10 seconds and fitted with four sun and three horizon shades. In a fitted mahogany carrying case with telescope, star scope, sight tube and adjusting pin. With a National Physical Laboratory certificate dated March 1917. 10x10x5ins. (25x25x13cm)
