the serpentine fronted case with bevelled glass panels to the sides, front and back, surmounted by a twin handled urn, raised on four toupie feet, the gilt dial with Arabic numerals, the twin train movement striking on a gong and stamped JAPY FRERES MEDAILLE D'OR, with similarly decorated mercury pendulum, the original leather box with gilt tooled decoration and silk lined interior, the clock 42cm high (2)
