A Regency mahogany cellaret
in the manner of Thomas Hope
of sarcophagus form, the hinged top with a raised rectangular reeded panel, enclosing a lead lined interior, the front with reeded tapering pilaster angles above a shaped scroll and lappet carved apron, on four splayed acrotera form feet, 70cm wide, 50cm deep, 64.5cm high (27.5" wide, 19.5" deep, 25" high).
