the case ornately decorated with female caryatids to each corner surmounted by urn finials, with a twin handled urn above hung with fruit garlands, raised on a stepped plinth base centred by a bust of a sphinx, the twelve piece white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the twin train movement with outside countwheel striking on a bell, 64cm high
