Surmounted by the flat moulded cornice over three quarter columns and moulded door, the trunk with concave throat moulding, plain door with brass lined lenticle and edge moulding, raised on a plinth base, the signed 12 inch Roman and Arabic brass dial with crown and cherub spandrels, the matted centre with subsidiary seconds and calendar aperture, the twin train weight driven movement with five knopped and finned pillars and rack strike on a bell.
