A German late 18th century brass mounted fruitwood marquetry and parquetry cylinder bureau
with banded inlay overall, the later rectangular marble top above a panelled roll top centred with an inlaid acorn leaf rosette, enclosing seven drawers, a chequered and pillared central stage setting with a mirrored back, over a writing slide and two long panelled drawers, on four square tapering supports terminating in block feet, 119.5cm wide x 59cm deep x 119.5cm high, (47" wide x 23" deep x 47" high)
