Two Meissen salts and a pair of sweetmeat dishes
The first salt modelled as a boy in Classical attire sat on a twin-handled basket, with painted flowers, on a scrolled, rococo base, 12.5cms long and 14cms high, with a second salt modelled as two shallow circular dishes atop a base decorated with unpainted floral bouquets, on scrolled feet, 18.5cms long and 6.5cms high, together with a pair of Meissen twin-handled, sweetmeat dishes, painted with exotic birds and insects, with encrusted flowers around the handle terminals, 22cms long, 15.5cms wide, and 8cms high, both damaged, all pieces in the lot with blue crossed swords to underside (4).
