The caddy top with gilt handle and four urn finials, the sides with rectangular arched top glazed panels on a plinth base and squat feet, the 7.5 inch break arch brass dial with shell scroll spandrels, silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring signed between VII and V Joh, Mich, Muller', the engraved centre with decorated date aperture, faux pendulum and ringed winding squares, strike silent dial in the arch, triple fusee movement with crown wheel, the backplate fully signed in a flowing copperplate script amid foliage, striking on 3 bells (With plumb bob pendulum and winder) 34cms (1ft 1.5ins) high.
