Schoenhut & Co.: A G712 Indoor Golf boxed set circa 1922
Comprising Tommy Green and Susie Lofter golfers, both in very good condition and with the vast majority of paint, a large selection of clubs, celluloid golf balls in original paper bag, bunkers, a green, a miniature pull along golf cart together with a near mint instructional pamphlet and original score cards. Rare.

  • The Schoenhut game is regarded as being the first golf simulator using a manikin golfer on the end of a wooden shafted golf club. The miniature golf course was laid out in the home complete with bunkers, hazards and greens. The lever mechanism, located within the golf shaft, moves a selection of realistic looking golf clubs that fit neatly into the hands of the golfer. Accessories include a tee sand stand, golf bag and trolley.
