William Park Sr. (1834-1903): A Long nose scared neck putter circa 1870s
Dark stained, head stamped 'Wm Park', face with fine scored markings, big lead back weight and neat ram's horn insert to leading edge of sole, shaft stamped and complete with a leather wrap round grip. (Length 36 inches; 4½ x 2 1/8 x 7/8 inches). Together with a William Park long nose putter, dark stain, stamp letters hard to read, fine criss-cross scoring to face, fine original leather grip with under-listing. (Length 36 inches; 4¼ x 1 5/8 x 1 inches)
