An Oke style putter with a 7½ inch thin square hosel circa 1920s
With a 4½ inch long blade, the head stamped 'LB', 'Saville' and '78 Jermyn Street London SW' with a square wooden shaft and grip. Once the property of King Edward VIII. Although there are no patent markings on the putter, it is thought that its design was based on Albert Whiting's 1920s patent which in turn was based on William Oke's patent (No. 176,999) dated 4 February 1921.
