The day dress of red ribbed silk pleated down the bodice centre front and decorated with a large number of gilt and silk covered buttons, the skirt decorated with a van-dyked hem and a laced gore trimmed with matching buttons; the duster coats of unbleached linen, decorated with floral whitework, scalloped edges and mother-of-pearl buttons.
