A Coalport vase and cover
Circa 1900-1920
The tapered vase and cover, standing on a short pedestal base and detailed with acanthus leaf moulded twin handles, the body heavily gilded with diaper work panels and musical trophies and reserved against a cobalt blue and ivory ground, each side with central painted vignette depicting scenes of Loch Tay, surmounted with a pierced and domed cover; 40cm high, green printed factory mark and title 'Loch Tay', retailers mark for Seller & Co, Sheffield.
