A collection of 1890's to 1960's letters mainly from cricket gentlemen
Circa 55 letters from the gentlemen and players of the game dating back to 1907, including famous names Wally Hammond, Pelham Warner, Alan Kippax, Alfred Lyttleton, Rev.Wilson, W.W.Read and Stanley Baldwin, many in reply to enthusiastic cricket collectors. The lot includes parliamentary correspondence from Chequers 1945, Downing Street 1931 and Berkeley square dated 1896.
