A Charles II oak panel back open armchair
The back panel carved with a Tudor rose emanating from a small gadrooned vase, with additional scrolling fleur-de-lys shaped flora, all beneath an S-scroll filled arch, with leaf and berry filled spandrels, the uprights carved with a larger version of the S-scrolls, the arched cresting again with S-scroll carving above stylised leaves, the downswept open arms on baluster-turned front supports, raised on conforming turned front legs joined by channel moulded stretchers, 65cm wide x 69cm deep x 110.5cm high, (25.5" wide x 27" deep x 43.5" high)
