Unsigned, possibly Scottish
The square hood with a carved scrolling foliate crest above a porthole door, the long crossbanded door flanked by plain pilasters topped with flat roundels, raised on a cross banded base supported on a shaped plinth, the 13 1/2-inch brass dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and secondary second dial, the four-pillar weight driven movement striking on a bell, 211cm high.
