George Best 'Moment in bronze' sculpture - an original bronze sculpture, depicting George celebrating his goal in the 1968 European Cup Final at Wembley when Manchester United beat Benfica 4-1, approved personally by George Best and sculptured by Timm Potts, cast by the Bronzeart Casting Co. This being number 20 of a world wide edition of 1968 pieces, representing the year Manchester United won the European Cup (size approx. approx 27.5cm high including base), together with an original hand painted sculpture of George Best: "Best Moment in Blue"
Sculptured by Tim Potts and approved personally by George Best. Artists proof of a limited edition of only 178 - a number chosen to commemorate the number of goals scored by George for Manchester United. (size approx. 27cm in height). The lot includes a C.O.A. from Emulate Studios and is stored in the original box presented to George Best. (2)
