An 18th Century iron pivoting kettle tilter
The long curved lever arm with turned brass handle, over twin hooks, one with sprung ratchet adjusting stay or stop, both suspended from, and pivoting on, a knuckle-jointed hanging loop, approximately 48cm long, together with a 'hook-and-eye' adjustable iron pot hook, 19th Century, an 18th Century iron decorative tripod, possibly originally a candlestand, now lacking branch, the central shaft with scroll terminal and formed from decorative scrolls and whorls, with medial lozenge-shaped knop, on three outswept support terminating in spade feet, 63cm high, a large double-ended iron hook, with partial spiral twisting and an iron double pot hook, (5)
