Three items of 18th/19th Century domestic lighting
To include a mid-18th Century brass and elm 'stable' candlestick, having a sheet brass conical stem with rolled rim, hook for hanging, and notched adjustor, above a shallow drip-pan, raised on a turned elm base, 25.5cm high, together with an early 19th Century sheet copper hanging spout lamp, consisting of two copper chambers, the uppermost with lid, each with up-turned spout, and carry handle, 30.5cm high, and a steel whale oil tripod lamp, probably late George III, the cylindrical gimbal-mounted font or reservoir with sliding cover, raised on a knopped shaft above a wide shallow drip-pan on three outswept supports terminating in scroll feet, 25.5cm high, (3)
