The frontispiece formed as a cluster set with an oval-cut ruby, surrounded by a frame of twelve old round brilliant-cut diamonds, flanked by two transitional round brilliant-cut diamonds, all between two slightly tapered bars, each set with a graduated row of old cushion-cut diamonds, to a later sprung-link bracelet, length 18.50cm, the ruby estimated to weigh approximately 2.65cts, the diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 4.73cts in total
