The central section retaining its original pediment with carved and pierced frame portraying a pair of confronting dragons in pursuit of the flaming pearl amidst clouds and above waves, surrounding a faux bamboo shaped glazed panel of embroidered silk depicting a pheasant on rocks surrounded by song birds and amidst 'The Three Friends of Winter'; bamboo, pine and prunus, each of the five screen sections with heavily carved and pierced dragon carved frames holding a large silk embroidered glazed panel depicting a myriad of recognisable breeds of exotic and other birds naturally portrayed against a themed backdrop of 'The Three friends of Winter, above smaller shaped glazed panels depicting figures at leisure or river landscapes,
