The first depicting the samurai Taira no Tadamori apprehending the oil thief, in marine ivory with white metal tsuba detail, signed 'Hideyoshi', 3.5cm high, a pyramidal ivory netsuke carved as a father and son, signed 'Ippou', 3.5cm high, an ivory monkey, wearing a jacket and holding a peach, signed 'Kogetsu', 3.9cm high, and a labourer crouching to lift a basket, in marine ivory,
