- Purchased from Moon Gate, Elegant Art House, Singapore, 4th June 1966 for $150. The receipt gives the bowls to the Daoguang period (1821-1850) however, Gerald Davison dates this mark to the Guangxu period (1875-1908), entry 1977 in 'The New & Revised Handbook of Marks on Chinese Ceramics', published 2010.
