The movement striking on a single bell, with white enamel dial inscribed 'Lemerle-Charpentier Cie., Bronziers, 8 Rue Charlot, Paris', enclosed by a male portrait mask and flanked by figures of Leda and the Swan and la Source, on rococo base with red variegated marble plinth, 66cm wide, 49cm high (25.5" wide, 19" high).
