Set with an octagonal-cut ruby between a pair of old round brilliant-cut diamonds, all to claw settings, between carved shoulders to a plain hoop, size M, stamped '18ct', the ruby estimated to weigh approximately 1.50cts, the diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 0.75ct in total
