The 12 inch white enamel circular dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and date dials, the twin drive train movement striking a bell, contained within a drum shaped hood with carved and pierced moulding above an arched, pierced and glazed trunk door depicting a thistle, raised on a box base and scroll feet, 216cm high.
