The first of slightly curved form with plain mounts, the hinged cover engraved with a Queen's crown, the motto 'Virtutis Gloria Merces' and 'John Robertston 1849', with thistle shaped finial; and a ram's horn snuff mull with plain mounts, length 35cm and 30cm respectively, (2).
